First Alert: 50th Anniversary Party

July 13, 2013
5 PM - 9 PM

Join us for an open house on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of "first alert"--the first day the complex was ready to launch. - See the missile in the silo with all the silo lights on. Eye popping! (sunset: 7:30)

- Open house underground on level 2. No hurry. Stay underground as long as you like.

- Chalk artists will be drawing amazing murals on the silo door, and YOU CAN TOO!

- The Southern Arizona Rocketry Association will be launching cool model rockets from the complex.

- Raytheon will have a display of modern missiles.

- Thunderbolt siren operation at 6:30, 7:00 and 7:30. LOUD!

- Door prizes!

A splendid time is guaranteed for all. No reservations required. 13 and up: 7 dollars. 12 and down: Free.
